You have the power to help ease the pain and erase the stigma
of bipolar disorder…all that in just 15 minutes.
Share your story today

Yes, I’m ready to share my story today!
(I realize it is completely anonymous and confidential)

Why should I share my story?

The best way to answer this is to ask a couple of questions.

  1. Would it help you feel better to be heard?
  2. Would you feel better if someone else felt better because of you?

Whether you are the individual or a supporter, if you answered yes to either question, I would encourage you to share your story here, in this casual, safe and friendly environment. I know that since I have been sharing my story, I have felt remarkably better. I know, from the comments that many have shared with me, that I have helped them feel better as well.

Anonymous and Confidential

You do not have to provide your name or email address if you don’t want to. I have bipolar disorder too and I understand your need to have complete anonymity. Just share what your comfortable with. You will feel better and so many others will be blessed by your story. I know this from personal experience.

Maybe your story is one of struggle or helping someone who is struggling. So many people can be helped by a story like that. We all want to know that we are not alone in our struggles, and that it is not our own fault that we are struggling. It is this monster of a mental illness that does this to us. I understand and by sharing your story, you help so many others understand as well.

Maybe your story is of stability of helping someone who is now stable. We would all love some of that, so please share with us what that is like for you and how you manage to do that everyday. Is it the therapy, the meds, the coping skills? Please let us know so that we can live more stable lives ourselves, and by sharing I can promise you that you will feel better too.

Maybe your story is one of recovery or of helping someone in recovery. So many people, myself included, are inspired when we read of someone’s story like this. We all want to know that it can get better, that we can live better, and we want to read as much as we can about how to live better lives with bipolar disorder.

Living Better

Every story is going to help us live better, whether we feel like we are not alone, or we learned something that helps us feel better, we will all benefit from our stories, the reader and the storyteller.

Remember, you do not have to use your name or email address when submitting a story here. You’re welcome to, but only if you really feel good about that.

So if you’re ready, please share by clicking here.
